AZ Tower is a 111 m skyscraper on Pražákova Street in Štýřice, Brno, with 30 floors above a three-storey base. Its left facade is flat with alternating orange and white horizontal bands and rows of small rectangular windows, while the right facade curves in a wavy profile; a dark vertical strip of glass panels runs up the centre, and a thin antenna tops the flat roof.
Construction began on 20 April 2011, carried out by PSJ for investor Properity at a planned cost of 800 million crowns, from a design by the Burian–Křivinka studio. The structure was finished on 27 March 2013, an open day followed on 21 May, and the tower opened on 26 June 2013, overtaking Spielberk Tower B as Brno's tallest. In 2020 the Natland group became co-owner and planned the name N Tower.
The name AZ Tower gave way in 2020, when investment group Natland became co-owner and planned to call it N Tower. Since late July 2025 a rooftop terrace at 111 m, marketed as Sky View 111, admits up to 200 visitors a day.
The tower stands on Pražákova Street in Štýřice, near M-Palace and the Spielberk Towers. A three-storey base with shops, a fitness centre and a car service sits under the 30-floor tower, with two underground parking levels. Since summer 2025 a rooftop terrace at 111 m, Sky View 111, admits up to 200 visitors a day.
