M-Palace

M-Palace is a postmodern skyscraper in Štýřice that rises about 60 meters with 16 floors, featuring extensive glass surfaces that flood the interior with daylight. The building houses office spaces across its upper levels, shops on the lower floors, and a rooftop restaurant where visitors can enjoy views over the city.

Construction of M-Palace started in 1994 and finished in 1997, making it part of the wave of new building that swept through Czech Republic after the Soviet era ended. The project embodied the hope for modern urban renewal during this transformative period.

The building brings together offices, shopping, and dining under one roof, creating a hub where people work, shop, and meet throughout the day. This mix of everyday activities has made it a natural gathering point in the neighborhood.
