Šporkův palác is a palace in Malá Strana with its main front at Šporkova 12 and garden fronts and a chapel facing west. Its garden wing is divided into three sections: a single-axis centre raised by one storey and topped by a triangular gable, flanked by lower side wings with segmental gables. The whole facade carries naturalistic stucco of festoons, scarves and cartouches in frames and pilaster strips.

The palace grew out of a Renaissance house owned after 1631 by Gundakar von Herberstein; Zikmund Fridrich ze Saurau began the Baroque rebuilding in 1666. In the second half of the 17th century Santino de Bossi remodelled it in early Baroque style for Jan Maria Testa Piccolomini, and after 1685 a stucco-decorated garden wing was added. The high Baroque reconstruction followed in 1723–1726, with further work after 1756 under Josef Karel z Hallweilu and late Baroque changes after 1783.

The palace shows features from different building periods that together form a visual record of changes in Prague's architectural taste. Visitors can see how Renaissance and Baroque forms sit side by side, reflecting the shifting preferences of generations who lived and worked here.

The palace's main front stands at Šporkova 12, with garden facades and the chapel facing west; the grounds are reached from the hospital courtyard. The convent still occupies the building, so visitors view the exterior and the sandstone Madonna with the Christ Child, moved in front of the former garden pavilion's gable wall, from outside.
