The amusement park at Prague Fairground in Bubeneč, known as Lunapark, hosted around 20 permanent rides until 2018, among them the Cyklon steel roller coaster built in 1973 and a 33-metre Ferris wheel from 1981 with 24 gondolas. Both were removed that year, and rides now return only for the spring and autumn fairs.

The park began in the late 1800s as part of the Exhibition Grounds development and quickly became a popular recreation spot for the city. Over decades it expanded and developed into a major entertainment center that shaped Prague's leisure culture.

The amusement park functions as a social gathering place where Praguers celebrate seasonal events and enjoy entertainment with family and friends. It remains deeply connected to the city's tradition of outdoor public recreation and festive occasions.

The park sits near bus stops and is easily accessible by public transportation. It operates on seasonal schedules that shift based on time of year and weather conditions.

The name Lunapark comes from Luna Park, the chain of amusement parks that American Frederick Ingersoll built worldwide from 1904 until his death in 1927. The operator still labels the ride area "lunapark" on the Výstaviště site plan.
