All Saints church is a Baroque church in Česká Lípa, built from 1700 and consecrated in 1707. It measures 34.6 m long, up to 13.2 m wide and 20 m high, with a barrel vault. Above the main entrance is the coat of arms of Pope Pius XI; the tower is topped by a provisional pyramid roof dating from after the 1820 fire.

Albrecht von Wallenstein commissioned the Augustinian monastery complex in 1624, and the church was built after 1627; it burned in the fires of 1631 and 1664. In April 1700 Count Jan Vilém Kounice funded a new church, consecrated on All Saints' Day 1707. Pope Pius XI elevated it to a minor basilica in 1927.

The church is dedicated to All Saints and was consecrated on that feast day, 1 November 1707. Above the main entrance, the coat of arms of Pope Pius XI recalls its elevation to minor basilica in 1927. A 16th-century bell donated by the parish of Bělá pod Bezdězem was blessed on 29 October 2017 and first rung the following Sunday, 5 November.

The basilica stands in the town centre beside the monastery buildings now used by the Česká Lípa Museum. The tower's roof was repaired after the 1820 fire with a temporary pyramid spire that survived into the 21st century. The papal coat of arms of Pius XI marks the main entrance.

The church received the status of minor basilica, a title held by only a few churches in the Czech Republic. This distinction highlights its importance within the Catholic Church and sets it apart among other religious buildings in the country.
