Ostrý is a mountain peak in the Beskydy range, situated in the Jablunkov Furrow within a protected landscape area. The summit features a mountain lodge and connects to several marked hiking routes for visitors.
A nature reserve was established around the peak in 1999 to protect the area. The mountain lodge was later integrated into the Czech Tourist Club network in 2010.
The cleared areas around the mountain lodge offer views of neighboring peaks in the broader mountain range. Visitors gather here to take in the vista of surrounding summits that define the landscape.
