Ropice

Ropice is a mountain summit in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids at 1,082 meters elevation located in the Morávka region of eastern Czech Republic. The peak sits within a landscape of forested slopes and mountain meadows that characterize this part of the range.

The mountain area developed through centuries of traditional farming by local communities who shaped the landscape through agricultural use. These practices left visible marks on the terrain that remain evident in the land's current appearance.
