Church of the Visitation of Our Lady, Catholic church in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

The Church of the Visitation of Our Lady is a single-nave building with side chapels and a small tower on its facade, set in a small park near the Výškovická and U Hrůbků streets in Ostrava-Zábřeh. Its facade faces the nearby Zábřeh castle.

The church was built between 1806 and 1811 at the expense of the local religious fund. Its predecessor was a wooden church of St. Mark, documented no later than the first half of the 15th century; between 1771 and 1794, probably in 1784 when the Zábřeh locality was established, its dedication changed to the Visitation of the Virgin Mary.

The church is dedicated to the Visitation of the Virgin Mary, a patronage that replaced that of St. Mark, probably in 1784 when the Zábřeh locality was established. Since 1974 Zábřeh nad Odrou has been the seat of a parish, and the church remains its parish church.

The church stands in a small park near the Výškovická and U Hrůbků intersection in Zábřeh, not in Ostrava's city centre. Its facade faces the nearby Zábřeh castle. The park also holds the Zábřežský bludný balvan, a glacial erratic boulder.

A Gothic bell from the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries, probably the oldest in Moravia, hung in the church until 2006. In the park beside the church stands the Zábřežský bludný balvan, a glacial erratic boulder.
