The church features a cross-shaped layout with classical Baroque elements, including ribbed vaults and floating galleries along the altar space walls.
Construction began in 1703 following designs by Jean Baptiste Mathey, with architect Jan Santini Aichel completing the project and adding the main portal by 1717.
The building serves the Greek Catholic community through regular Sunday services and houses valuable Baroque sculptures and paintings throughout its interior.
Visitors can explore the church at Nerudova 22 from Monday to Wednesday between 13:00 and 17:00, and Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00.
The church contains a free-standing spiral staircase connecting the sacristy to the upper level of the religious order's building.
