Kostel Panny Marie Ustavičné pomoci a svatého Kajetána is a Baroque church in Malá Strana with a cross-shaped floor plan and classical Baroque features. The interior displays ribbed vaults and floating galleries positioned along the walls behind the altar.

Construction began in 1703 following designs by Jean Baptiste Mathey. Jan Santini Aichel took over the project and completed it with the main portal by 1717.
