Masarykova chata, Mountain hut and cultural monument in Šerlich, Czech Republic
Located at an elevation of 1019 meters on Šerlich ridge, Masarykova chata provides views extending into both the Czech Republic and Poland.
The building, designed by architect Bohuslav Fuchs and constructed by F. Capoušek in 1924-1925, was established by the Club of Czech Tourists from Hradec Králové.
During various periods, the hut's name changed multiple times, particularly during Nazi occupation, before returning to its original designation honoring T.G. Masaryk.
The accommodation includes five double rooms, two triple rooms, two quadruple rooms, one seven-bed room, one ten-bed room, and one thirteen-bed room.
The nearby Bukačka nature reserve contains numerous plant species and functions as a natural botanical collection of the Orlické hory region.
