Vodopády Bílé Opavy, Mountain waterfall series in Malá Morávka, Czech Republic
The Bílá Opava Waterfalls form a mountain gorge with multiple cascades and a main waterfall reaching 8 meters in height.
During the 1970s, a boulder became lodged in the main waterfall, causing it to split into two distinct falling sections.
The educational trail contains 13 information panels explaining the natural environment and the characteristics of the Bílá Opava river.
Visitors can access the waterfalls through two parallel marked trails: a blue route of 5.5 kilometers and a yellow route of 5 kilometers.
The path includes several bridges and ladders with safety chains installed at difficult points to help visitors traverse the steep canyon terrain.
