Vojtěchovská rozhledna is a 16.5 m steel tower whose lower half is clad in granite stone, with an open wooden gallery and a smaller enclosed gallery above, each under a dark pyramidal roof. A stone annex with a dark roof attaches to the lower right. The top platform, reached by 59 steps, stands 11.7 m up.

Construction began in 2008 on a design by Milan Chvojka, funded by the village of Vojtěchov with a grant from the Pardubice Region. Work was delayed by the theft of about five tonnes of granite cladding and by a lack of money, and the tower opened on 10 July 2010.

Access is by a gravel-surfaced path from road III/3061, about 100 m from the tower; parking at the roadside is a small gravel area. The tower is open seasonally, with operating hours posted on the Vojtěchov municipality website. The nearest bus stop is in Kladno, about 400 m away, and the Vojtěchov railway stop on line 238 is roughly 1.8 km off.

The granite facing on the lower half came from Horní Dvorce near Jindřichův Hradec, and construction was delayed when about five tonnes of the stone were stolen. A webcam at the top points roughly north and feeds the village website.
