Lighthouse Vltava Waterfront Towers

Lighthouse Vltava Waterfront Towers is a modern residential and commercial skyscraper that rises 80 meters along the river's edge in Prague's Holešovice district. The structure contains 19 floors of apartments and office spaces, serving as a landmark that shapes the neighborhood's skyline.

Completed in 2004 by ADNS architekti, the tower marked the start of a new development phase for the Holešovice district. It played a key role in transforming this formerly industrial area into a contemporary residential neighborhood.

The building represents the evolution of Prague's architectural identity, combining modern design with functional urban living spaces in a traditionally industrial area.

The tower sits directly on the riverbank and is easily accessible by foot or public transport from central Prague. The area around it has shops, restaurants, and riverside paths that make it convenient to explore the neighborhood on foot.

The structure introduced a new residential concept to Prague's waterfront, establishing itself as a reference point for urban development in the Czech capital.
