Lighthouse Vltava Waterfront Towers is a three-building office complex in Prague-Holešovice, dominated by two adjoining 19-storey towers 80 metres tall. Built on the foreland of the Libeň Bridge in the former Holešovice port, it offers about 23,000 m² of office and commercial space above four underground garage levels.
Built between 2001 and 2004 in the former Holešovice port area at the Libeň Bridge approach, the complex opened in 2007. Since 2008 it has housed the headquarters of ČD Cargo, a subsidiary of the Czech Railways.
The name Lighthouse refers to the two adjoining 19-storey towers that dominate the three-building office complex. Since 2008 the complex has housed the headquarters of the freight carrier ČD Cargo, a subsidiary of the Czech Railways, and it also hosts the insurer Pojišťovna VZP and the consultancy CBRE.
The tower sits directly on the riverbank and is easily accessible by foot or public transport from central Prague. The area around it has shops, restaurants, and riverside paths that make it convenient to explore the neighborhood on foot.
The complex stands on the site of the former Holešovice port, at the approach to Libeňský Bridge. Its two adjoining 19-storey towers reach 80 metres, and four underground garage levels serve the offices. Plans have been discussed for further towers of 20 to 40 storeys nearby.
