The Ládví-Vlková observation tower near Kamenice is a 45-metre steel tube mast carrying a mobile operator's antenna, with an external spiral staircase of 150 steps leading to a viewing platform at 25 metres. A waterworks building stands at its base, and the forested peak of Vlková blocks the view to the west.

The tower was built as a mobile operator's transmitter mast, completed in 2009, originally without a viewing platform. When approving the project, the municipality of Kamenice required that the mast also serve as an observation tower, and it opened to the public two years later, in 2011.

The tower is named after the villages of Ládví and Ládeves, near which it stands. Visitors climb 150 steps on the outer spiral staircase to the platform.

The tower stands about 100 m from the village of Ládví and 1 km from the "Kamenice, Ládví" PID bus stop; it can be reached on foot or by car along the road towards Ládeves.
