V Tower is a residential building with 30 floors above ground and three levels underground. The structure consists of two connected towers that together form one of the country's highest residential buildings.
The project began in 2015 under architect Radan Hubička's design and was completed in 2018. The building rose on a site where industrial structures had previously stood.
The building's name and structure, composed of two connected towers, represents a combination of masculine and feminine elements in modern Czech architecture.
The building offers residents a fitness center, spa facilities with swimming pools, underground parking, and 24-hour concierge services. Visitors should note that this is a private residential building with restricted access.
Residential units range from 50 to 380 square meters, with penthouses featuring private gardens and rooftop pools overlooking Prague's landmarks. These upper levels create a retreat for residents with citywide views.
