The V Tower reaches a height of 104 meters with 30 floors above ground and 3 underground levels, making it the tallest residential building in Czech Republic.
The construction project began in 2015 under architect Radan Hubička's design and reached completion in 2018, replacing former industrial structures in the area.
The building's name and structure, composed of two connected towers, represents a combination of masculine and feminine elements in modern Czech architecture.
Residents have access to a fitness center, spa facilities with swimming pools, underground parking, and 24-hour concierge services within the building complex.
The structure features 120 residential units ranging from 50 to 380 square meters, with penthouses including private gardens and rooftop pools overlooking Prague's landmarks.
