The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Ročov is a Baroque structure with a three-aisle basilica layout and Gothic transept elements. The stone building displays classical architectural proportions throughout its design.
The building underwent major redesign between 1742 and 1743 after suffering damage during military conflict, gaining its current late-Baroque character. This renovation shaped how the church looks today.
The interior displays frescoes showing scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary, painted by the Silesian artist Vilém Neuenherz. These artworks shape how the space looks and feels when you walk through it today.
