Polámanky, Protected natural monument in Kobeřice u Brna, Czech Republic.

Polámanky is a nature monument on the lower slope of the Ždánický les, southwest of Kobeřice u Brna in the Vyškov district. Its bedrock is flysch carbonate sandstone of the Ždánice unit, covered by a layer of loess. The protected dry steppe grasslands on calcareous ground hold plants such as Adonis vernalis, Stipa pennata and Aster linosyris.

Polámanky lies on the slope of the Ždánický les southwest of Kobeřice u Brna, in the Dambořice Highlands. Its bedrock is flysch carbonate sandstone of the Ždánice Unit, covered by a layer of loess. The site is administered by the AOPK Brno agency and protects dry steppe grasslands with many endangered plants.

The name Polámanky refers to the site's broken, uneven ground on the slope below Ždánický les. Botanists come here for the dry steppe turf on loess over flysch sandstone, where protected species such as Adonis vernalis, Stipa pennata and several Astragalus species flower. The reserve is administered by the AOPK Brno agency.
