Church of Saint Wenceslaus, Catholic parish church in Lipová-lázně, Czech Republic

The Church of Saint Wenceslaus is a single-nave classical building from 1787–1788, with its presbytery narrower than the nave and closed at a right angle, oriented to the south. A massive, not very tall tower with two stair annexes stands before the entrance facade. The interior furnishings are mostly modern; a memorial plaque in the vestibule recalls Emperor Joseph II, initiator of the church's construction.

A parish was established in Horní Lipová in the second half of the 18th century under the Josephine reforms, and the simple Neoclassical church was built in 1787–1788 and consecrated on 2 November 1788. Its interior was largely stripped of original furnishings and replaced in plain forms in 1968–1969, then changed again in 2014 on the initiative of the parish priest.

The interior furnishings are mostly modern, following clearances of the original furniture in 1968–1969 and another change in 2014.

The church stands in the Lipová-lázně parish of the Jeseník deanery, in the Ostrava-Opava diocese, and is not listed as a protected monument. The entrance façade is dominated by a massive tower flanked by two small stair annexes, so look for the doorway between them. The presbytery is narrower than the nave and ends squarely to the south.

In the entrance hall hangs a memorial plaque commemorating Emperor Joseph II, who initiated the church's construction during the Josephine reforms. The building itself is not listed as a cultural monument, and its interior furnishings are largely modern, replaced in 1968–1969 and again in 2014.
