Rezidence Kavčí Hory, Residential complex in Nusle district, Prague, Czech Republic.
Rezidence Kavčí Hory comprises two connected buildings with the main structure spanning 12 floors and containing 65 residential units. Below ground are three levels offering 117 parking spaces, storage areas, and round-the-clock reception service.
Construction began in 2008 under supervision by ADNS architekti and finished in 2010. This project represents a phase of contemporary residential development in Prague's Nusle district.
The floor-to-ceiling windows offer views toward Prague's old town and river, connecting residents visually with the city's historical character. These sight lines become part of daily life and reflect how modern living spaces relate to their older surroundings.
The complex is accessible with ground-level entry points, and parking decks are easy to navigate from the street. The location sits close to local transport links and nearby amenities in the Nusle neighborhood.
An intentional gap between the third and eighth floors of Building A creates a striking frame-like shape in the facade. This open space distinguishes the complex visually within Prague's residential landscape.
