Vila Pupp

Vila Pupp is a villa on Jarní street featuring a mansard roof, elevated terrace base, and a western facade with an open staircase and Corinthian pillars. A small vestibule leads to a gallery and central hall, which receives daylight from a roof skylight that illuminates the interior.

Architect Friedrich Seitz designed the villa for Julius Pupp, co-owner of Grandhotel Pupp, with construction completed in 1914. The land previously belonged to the Unger family before becoming the site of this residence.

The interiors showcase original stucco ornaments and stained glass details that reflect the lifestyle of wealthy residents during the early 1900s. The arrangement of rooms from a central hall to intimate spaces reveals how the household was organized for entertaining and daily living.

The villa is a protected cultural monument visible from the street, where visitors can observe the architectural details and facade design. Access to the interior may be limited, so it is advisable to check ahead if any viewing opportunities are available.
