Jelen is a life-sized cast iron statue of a deer, freely accessible in the garden behind the Parkhotel Richmond on the southern edge of Karlovy Vary. It stands on a paved terrace next to a stone basin, after earlier standing on a rocky outcrop by the path. The sculpture was made by sculptor August Kiss of Berlin.

Baron August von Lützow commissioned the deer from his friend, the Berlin academic painter and sculptor August Kiss, in the mid-19th century. It first stood among other animal sculptures in the garden of the baron's villa, today the Lützow villa. Lützow had wanted it placed on a rock above the Vřídlo spring to support the legend of the spring's discovery, but the narrow rock proved unsuitable; in 1851 he had Kiss's chamois set there instead. Before 1932 the deer was moved to the Richmond hotel garden.

The name Jelen is Czech for deer, matching the life-sized animal figure. The statue belongs to a group of animal and figure sculptures that Baron August von Lützow commissioned from August Kiss for the garden of his villa, now called Villa Lützow. The deer was later moved to the Richmond hotel garden, where it stands freely accessible today.

The narrow, pointed rock proved unsuitable for so large a statue, so he abandoned the plan; in 1851 he had a Chamois by the same sculptor, August Kiss, set on the rock instead.
