The L-shaped building features a mansard roof, an east-facing front with a terrace, fountain, and winter garden elements on its southern side.
Built in 1911 by architect Johann Stepan following Arnold Goldberger's design, the villa served as residence for Anna and Franz von Hardtmuth.
The grand staircase hall displays decorative elements with applied stucco and fine carpentry work, reflecting early 20th-century architectural preferences.
The villa functions as a House of Children and Youth, offering educational activities and programs for young people in České Budějovice.
Edwin Schopenhauer created the exterior sculptural decorations that enhance the villa's architectural elements and cement balustrades.
