Na Podkovce 12 is a villa featuring clean geometric lines and restrained decorative details typical of 1930s residential design. Located in Podolí, a quiet residential neighborhood in southeastern Prague, the building reflects the architectural preferences of that era.

The villa dates from 1936 and comes from the studio of architect Karel Stráník, a former assistant and collaborator of Le Corbusier. In 1938 it was home to MUDr. Jaromír Stýblo with his wife Marie and to JUDr. Vlastimil Stýblo; the house then carried number 282 with orientation numbers 24 and 24a. It has been protected as a cultural monument since 1958, together with its garden layout, garage with terrace and original fencing.

The villa's cultural value lies in its 1936 functionalist design by Karel Stráník, a former assistant and collaborator of Le Corbusier. Actress Milena Dvorská spent the end of her life here, a detail residents still recall. The protected ensemble covers the house, garden layout, garage with roof terrace and original fencing.

The building sits in a quiet residential area easily reached by public transport. Access from the street is limited since this remains a private residence, so viewing is typically from outside.

The villa's southwest corner holds a basement studio beneath a first-floor loggia carried on two round pillars; the second floor is set back by the width of a terrace.
