Gottlieb and Stela Fantel's villa was built in 1930 by builder Ludwig Kametz to a design by architect Karl Reinhardt and Eugen Fulda (1872–1942). The two-storey building on a rectangular plan, with a basement and hipped roofs, stands in the north-eastern part of its garden. Its facade has smooth brizolit plaster, and a ceramic kabřinec cladding marks the plinth level.
