Lochovice is a château in the village of the same name in the Beroun District, consisting of four one-storey wings built around an inner courtyard. On the north side, semi-circular corner turrets with polygonal tops rise above the roofline. A barrel-vaulted passage with lunettes leads into the courtyard, which is flanked on two sides by arcades.

A first fortress at Lochovice may date to the 14th century, when Bohuslav of Lochovice is recorded between 1358 and 1369; it disappeared after the estate was attached to Okoř in the 15th century. Jan Žichovec of Duban built a new late Gothic fortress before 1532. Mikuláš Walter of Waltersberg, imperial councillor from 1564, rebuilt it as a Renaissance château. The Vratislav of Mitrovice family held it until 1754, after which the Netolický of Eisenberg had it repaired and the chapel decorated with Rococo and Neoclassical paintings.

The château's name comes from the village of Lochovice in the Beroun district. Emperor Maximilian granted Lochovice a town seal and the right to hold markets after Mikuláš Walter z Waltersbergu rebuilt the fortress as a Renaissance château; the market privilege shaped the small town around the residence. The Netolický family later had the castle chapel decorated with Rococo and Neoclassical paintings.

The château is located roughly 50 kilometers southwest of Prague and can be reached by regional bus or personal car. Visitors should check ahead about opening times and visiting arrangements since the site is protected as a cultural monument.

The château's four wings enclose an inner courtyard lined on two sides by arcades, entered through a barrel-vaulted passage with lunettes. Half-round corner turrets with polygonal tops stand on the north side. South of the building, a remnant of the park survives around the Zámecký rybník pond, and the garden and park walls, the pond and part of the millrace are protected with the château.
