The Chapel of Holy Trinity sits atop Chotuc hill and displays the simple style of rural chapel design with white walls and a peaked roof. The structure can be seen from different directions, making its hilltop location quite obvious.

The chapel probably stands on the site of a pagan shrine recorded in 1357. The present building may date from the 16th century and was remodelled in Baroque style in 1697. It burned down in 1888 and was restored in 1889.

The chapel gave its name to the surrounding burial ground, which holds the Vonkova tomb, a Neo-Renaissance square funeral chapel built around 1900. Masses are still listed in the Litoměřice diocese's schedule of services for the chapel, and the site is registered as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

The chapel stands on the summit of Chotuc hill, about 800 m west of the built-up area of Křinec, in the middle of the cemetery that surrounds it. Access is on foot; the site is a freely accessible cultural monument, and services fall under the Křinec parish.
