First Baptist Church of Boca Grande is a Carpenter Gothic church at 421 4th Street West, completed in 1915. The wooden building has a bell tower and vertical board detailing, and was expanded in 1918 with Sunday school classrooms.

The congregation began meeting outdoors twice a month in 1909, served by circuit-riding preachers. A building committee formed in 1911–1912, and construction was paid for by a loan from Florida Southern Baptist ministries plus donations from members. The Carpenter Gothic church was completed in 1915, Sunday school classrooms were added in 1918, and a rectory followed in 1934. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009, the year of its centennial.
