Falls Road Park

Falls Road Park is a county recreation area spanning roughly 20 acres with baseball fields, soccer grounds, and walking trails dotted with fitness stations. The space supports both organized sports and casual outdoor activities for visitors of all ages.

The park was added to Montgomery County's system in 1986 by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to meet regional recreation needs. This establishment secured its role as a community gathering space for organized sports and outdoor activities.

Hadley's Playground serves as a gathering place where children of different abilities play together, thanks to specially designed equipment and surfaces that welcome everyone.

The park operates daily from sunrise to sunset and welcomes visitors with easy access to sports facilities and community spaces. Wear appropriate footwear for walking trails and watch for wet conditions, as paths can become slippery.

Hadley's Playground features three themed play zones - a pirate ship, frontier village, and castle - each equipped with integrated braille signage. This design lets visitors with vision impairments explore and understand each themed area independently.
