The Sunset Theater features a two-story structure with a parapet roof, constructed of load-bearing stuccoed brick in Spanish Colonial Revival architecture style.
The architectural firm Benton & Benton designed this cinema in 1929, and S.E. Trogden built it with contributions from William C. Holleyman Jr.
