126 Madison Avenue, also called Madison House, is a 62-story residential skyscraper rising 245.4 meters (805 feet) in NoMad, Manhattan. Its glass facade is broken by light-colored vertical terracotta bands, and the crown splits into several upward-sloping levels. The tower holds 199 condominiums, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a 7,500-square-meter multi-story retail annex at Madison Avenue and East 31st Street.

J.D. Carlisle bought the site in March 2015 for $102 million, planning a 53-story tower. After a December 2016 redesign, the project rose as a 62-story building; construction started in 2017, Bank OZK provided $350 million in financing in May 2018, and the structure topped out in June 2019. It was completed in 2021 and opened in 2022.

The tower's crown is split into several upward-slanting planes, and pale vertical terracotta bands break up its glass facade. Its base incorporates a 7,500-square-metre multi-storey retail annex at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 31st Street, so the building meets the street as a shopping frontage rather than a plain lobby wall.

The tower stands between East 30th and East 31st Streets, between Madison and Fifth Avenues, a few blocks north of Madison Square Park.
