277 Fifth Avenue is a 52-story residential tower located at Fifth Avenue and 30th Street in Manhattan. The structure rises 663 feet and features a glass and concrete exterior designed with vertical line patterns that give it a distinctive geometric appearance.

Construction of the building began in 2018 under architect Rafael Viñoly and was completed in 2019. The project represents a modern approach to residential development in this longstanding neighborhood.

The structure represents the evolution of Manhattan residential architecture, incorporating modern design elements while maintaining Fifth Avenue's residential character.

The building houses 130 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms with amenities including a fitness center, library, and entertainment areas. Keep in mind this is a private residential building not open to the general public.

Each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows extending 10 feet high that provide unobstructed views of Manhattan's skyline through seamless glass panels. This expansive glazing is a defining element of the interior spaces.
