Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium

Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium is a sports venue on the Providence College campus with seating capacity for about 3000 spectators. It features an artificial playing surface, up-to-date locker facilities for both teams, and professional press areas equipped with two premium viewing boxes.

The stadium was built in 2016 following a major donation from Mike and Maura Chapey and has served as a home venue for college sports teams since opening. It quickly became a venue for both regional and national-level athletic competitions.

The stadium stands as the central venue for Providence College's mens and womens soccer teams and mens lacrosse team throughout their competitive seasons.

The facility is located on Huxley Avenue within the campus and provides all necessary amenities for spectators and teams. Visitors should arrive early to find convenient parking and familiarize themselves with the layout, as electronic payment is the main payment method used throughout the venue.

The venue hosted a significant cup competition match in 2017 between a regional soccer club and a major professional team. This event drew crowds beyond typical college games and demonstrated its appeal to broader sporting audiences.
