Atlanta Financial Center

Atlanta Financial Center is an office complex in Buckhead consisting of three interconnected towers with black aluminum and glass facades. The buildings occupy a prominent location above major transportation corridors and house diverse corporate tenants.

Development of the complex began in 1982 with the South Tower, with the East Tower added in 1987 and the North Tower completed in 1989. This phased expansion shaped Atlanta's financial district growth over the decade.

The building represents the growth of Atlanta's financial sector, hosting major corporations like SunTrust Bank and Morris, Manning & Martin law firm.

The location provides direct access via the main highway running beneath it, with the nearby transit station in central Buckhead offering multiple arrival options. Visitors and workers can easily reach the site using different forms of transportation.

The East Tower's construction required special concrete supports because the highway and rail line run directly beneath the building. This engineering solution allowed vertical development above existing infrastructure without disrupting traffic flow.
