Rose Tower, Modern hotel tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Rose Tower is a 333 meter tall hotel building with 72 floors located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The structure features a reflective blue and silver glass facade with gold decorative accents and contains 684 guest rooms, including suites and penthouses.
Construction began in June 2004 and was completed in July 2007, with the official opening ceremony taking place in December 2009. The project emerged during a period of rapid skyscraper development across Dubai.
The hotel pioneered an alcohol-free approach among major Dubai hotels, reflecting values that appeal to many guests visiting the city. This choice shapes the experience and atmosphere throughout the building.
The building features eight elevators for efficient vertical movement throughout the structure for guests and staff. Its location on a major boulevard makes it straightforward to access and convenient for exploring the city.
The building's cylindrical form tapers toward the top, resembling rose petals that inspired both its architecture and name. This shape creates a distinctive silhouette that stands out among the city's other towers.
