Al Attar Business Tower

The Al Attar Business Tower is a modern office high-rise with 38 floors reaching 158 meters (518 feet) along Sheikh Zayed Road, featuring a glass and steel facade. The building contains multiple office spaces with six elevators and direct connections to public transportation.

Construction started in 1998 under South African contractor Murray & Roberts and finished in 2000 by architectural firm RTKL Associates. This period marked Dubai's rapid expansion to become an international business center.

The tower sits in Dubai's business district and reflects how the city transformed from a trading port into a global financial hub. Today, professionals from around the world move through its spaces daily, making it part of the city's international identity.

The building sits directly on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's main thoroughfares, with good connections to public transportation. Dubai International Airport is about 12 minutes away by car, making access to the area convenient.
