HHHR Tower

The HHHR Tower is a residential skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, rising 317 meters with 72 floors and a distinctive blue facade. It contains 454 apartments and forms part of the area's dense vertical landscape along this major thoroughfare.

Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2010 during Dubai's rapid development phase. When finished, it ranked among the world's tallest purely residential buildings of that era.

The tower represents how Dubai transformed its skyline within a generation, shaping the city's identity through bold architectural choices. Walking around it, you notice how it fits among dozens of similar tall buildings that define the modern urban landscape.
