Burj Azizi, Skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Burj Azizi is a skyscraper under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed to reach 570 meters across 122 floors. The building will house residential units, hotel areas, retail outlets, and dining venues distributed across different levels.
The Meydan Group began the project in 2012 under the name Entisar Tower, but delays halted construction for several years. Azizi Developments took over the project and resumed building in January 2024 under a new name.
The project takes its name from entrepreneur Mirwais Azizi, whose development company revived the construction after years of inactivity. The tower adds to the ongoing transformation of Sheikh Zayed Road, where high-rises continue to shape the city's identity.
The construction site sits along Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the main thoroughfares through the city. Access and completion depend on ongoing work, so checking the current status before planning a visit is advisable.
An observation deck planned at 649 meters will offer views over the coast and desert surrounding the city. The building was originally known as Entisar Tower and intended for completion by a different developer.
