Armada Towers, Modern residential complex in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Armada Towers comprises three residential buildings with 36, 40, and 33 floors that create a contemporary profile along Dubai's skyline. The complex contains around 1,200 residential units ranging from studios to larger apartments, alongside hotel and retail spaces.
Construction began in 2004 and the towers were completed in 2010 as part of a major expansion phase in the Jumeirah Lake Towers district. This period marked significant growth in residential development across the surrounding neighborhood.
The towers draw design inspiration from traditional Arabic sailing vessels that once defined Dubai's maritime past. This connection to the sea is reflected in how the three buildings are arranged and oriented across the site.
The site features 18 high-speed elevators throughout all three buildings to efficiently serve residential areas. On-site parking and accessible routes to common areas make navigation straightforward for residents and visitors.
Tower 2 operates as a mixed-use building with a hotel component integrated into the residential structure. The other two towers feature rooftop pools and private garden terraces that extend beyond typical residential amenities.
