Pier 8

Pier 8 is a 40-story tower rising 170 meters above Dubai Marina, constructed from aluminum, steel, and glass in a contemporary style. It contains 234 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom townhouses, plus retail and recreational spaces for residents.

The building was developed in the early 2010s as part of Dubai Marina's growth period, marking the rapid urbanization of the Emirates. Its completion represented a significant milestone in transforming the waterfront district into a modern residential area.
