Museo Fortín Cuatreros

The Museo Fortín Cuatreros is a military museum housed in a restored fortress building in General Daniel Cerri located at a street intersection. Inside are weapons, uniforms, and various 19th-century objects that show daily life and defensive duties from that era.

The fortress was built in 1888 as part of a defensive line to protect rural settlements from armed raids. These protective walls were part of a larger strategy to secure Buenos Aires province during a period of border conflict.

The museum is open on weekdays in the morning and also accessible on weekends, though it closes one day per week. Visitors should check opening times beforehand to avoid disappointment.
