Eduardo Sívori Museum, Municipal art museum in Palermo, Argentina
The Eduardo Sívori Museum displays over 4,000 artworks across its galleries, featuring paintings, sculptures, and prints from Argentine artists of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Founded in 1934 and officially opened in 1938, the museum moved to its current location in 1995, occupying a former dairy farm building within Parque Tres de Febrero.
The museum maintains the annual Manuel Belgrano salon tradition, providing exhibition opportunities for emerging Argentine artists while preserving national artistic heritage through its collections.
Located at Infanta Isabel 555, the museum opens Wednesday through Monday from 11:00 to 19:00, with extended hours until 20:00 on weekends and free admission for visitors.
The museum building transformed from a municipal dairy farm to a coffeehouse named El Hostal del Ciervo before becoming a dedicated art institution in 1996.
