Dolfines Guaraní

Dolfines Guaraní is a modern residential complex in Puerto Norte featuring two towers that rise 45 stories and reach approximately 136 meters in height. The buildings contain numerous apartments and are equipped with advanced elevator systems designed to serve residents across all levels efficiently.

The towers were completed in 2011, at which time they became the tallest structures in Argentina outside of Buenos Aires. This milestone marked an important turning point in how Rosario developed its urban landscape and approached residential construction.
