Mburucuyá National Park, National park in Mburucuyá Department, Argentina.

The park encompasses 60,000 hectares of wetlands, forests, and grasslands where capybaras and marsh deer roam through diverse natural habitats.

In 2001, the park gained national status following the donation of Santa Teresa and Santa María estates by Dr. Troels Myndel Pedersen and Nina Sinding.

The name Mburucuyá originates from Guarani language, referring to the passion flower that holds deep meaning for indigenous communities of the region.

The park administration office, located at Belgrano 997 in Mburucuyá, Corrientes, operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

The protected area sits at the intersection of three distinct ecological regions: Humid Chaco, Espinal, and Paranaense Forest, creating varied ecosystems.
