Castelinho da Brigadeiro is a brick mansion on Avenida Brigadeiro Luís Antônio in Bela Vista, São Paulo. Italian architect Giuseppe Sachetti drew the Art Nouveau plan in 1906, and construction ran from 1907 to 1911. The facade carries curved lines and plant-derived ornament, and the renovation of the early 2000s restored the original design and added the inscription "Villa Luisa".

The structure rose in 1911 during a period of rapid urban expansion in Sao Paulo, when European architectural styles arrived in the city. Its creation coincided with major changes in the cityscape and growing immigration from Europe.

The name comes from Avenida Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, not from a brigadeiro. During the 2000s restoration, the inscription "Villa Luisa" was added in honour of Luísa Leite de Sousa, wife of Cláudio de Sousa, the first owner. The building is now rented out for events and is not open for public visits.

The structure is located in the Bixiga neighborhood, a lively area with numerous local restaurants and art venues nearby. Visitors can admire the exterior freely and explore the district to experience the architectural details and local atmosphere.

The mansion was saved from demolition on 9 July 1982, when five men with sledgehammers began tearing it down as part of supposed renovation works; neighbours alerted the press and police, and Condephaat staff had the removed fragments kept for later restoration. A second attempt two days later was stopped by an on-duty guard.
