Pico dos Marins

Pico dos Marins is a summit in the Mantiqueira Range situated between Piquete and Cruzeiro in São Paulo state. The northern face shows a gentler slope than surrounding peaks, providing an alternative ascent path.

The first documented ascent took place in 1911, establishing it as a mountaineering destination in southeastern Brazil. This event marked the beginning of its recognition as a significant peak in the region.
