The library complex spans 3300 square meters and contains more than 25,000 books, 900 DVDs, and 3 million digital music tracks.
The library opened in 2010 on a former Army Supply Depot site, marking a transformation of industrial space into an educational center.
The facility features a 200-seat theater, music rooms, and dedicated spaces for community meetings to support local gatherings and performances.
Visitors gain free access to reading rooms, digital collections, internet services, and study areas throughout the week and extended weekend hours.
The dark-pink exterior building serves 16 different communities in Rio de Janeiro's North Zone, reaching approximately 100,000 residents.
