Centro Cultural Usiminas is a cultural complex in Ipatinga, Minas Gerais, next to Shopping Vale do Aço. Its complex comprises the Hideo Kobayashi Art Gallery, the Multimedia Room, the Central Ideas Library and a Japanese Garden. The theater, completed in 2002, seats 724 and has a 480 m² stage, movable panels and an orchestra pit of 39.6 m².

The center opened in 1998 and received a new theater wing in 2002, marking a major milestone for arts in the Vale do Aço region. This gradual expansion made it an important cultural venue for the area.

The complex includes the Hideo Kobayashi Art Gallery, the Central Ideas Library, the Multimedia Room and a Japanese Garden, named after a figure linked to the Usiminas institute. The center regularly hosts the Campanha de Popularização do Teatro e da Dança and the Ipatinga Live Jazz, and its programming of workshops, plays and concerts also reaches neighboring cities in the Vale do Aço region.

The theater's stage rests on a floating floor built with shock absorbers, a detail installed when the 724-seat hall opened in 2002. It isolates the stage from vibrations and supports dance and musical performances rather than producing special effects.
