Blue Lagoon National Park

Blue Lagoon National Park is a protected area in Zambia's Central Province comprising wetlands, swamps, and grasslands spread across a vast terrain. Lodging options and an elevated viewing platform allow visitors to experience this landscape while staying at safe, accessible locations.

The park was established in 1976 when former farmland was converted into a protected reserve. The original farmhouse was retained and now serves as the main reception area, marking this transition from private land use to conservation.
