The Pinnacle is a skyscraper in Upper Hill with 70 floors and a height of 320 meters. The building combines a luxury hotel, office spaces, apartments, and retail areas under one roof.
The project began in 2017 with China State Construction Engineering Corporation as the main contractor. Since then, construction has faced legal and financial challenges that have slowed progress.
The development contains two towers integrating hotel rooms, offices, retail spaces, and residential apartments to serve diverse segments of Nairobi's population.
The site is currently an active construction area and not open to the public. Visitors can view and photograph the structure from outside the fenced perimeter.
The complex will house a five-star Hilton hotel with 257 rooms, making it one of the city's largest hotels when completed. An infinity pool on one of the upper floors will offer views over Nairobi.
