The Royal Hotel is a building from 1882 at the corner of Wellington and William Streets in Perth. It was a hotel for most of its life; after renovations, a pub called The Royal opened in the building on 16 November 2019. Its facade was substantially reworked in 1906.

The building dates from 1882 and received a significant facade renewal in 1906 that shaped its present appearance. It later became part of the Swan Brewery portfolio, which reinforced its commercial importance in the city.

The building was known in 1894 as Schruth's Royal Hotel, a name recorded in contemporary records. It was listed as a State Registered Place on 25 August 2000. Since 16 November 2019 the renovated building has operated as a pub called The Royal.
